Iain is the founder and Managing Director of Resolute. A techncial Jack Of All Trades, he's also the overall creative driving force and responsible for most of the good, bad & ugly marketing from Resolute.

Emma is our resident subsurface expert, with a love of rocks, animals, dinosaurs and all things shiny.

In another life she would have been a cat, but in this one she's stuck abandoning wells.

Stuart is our Operations Manager. He's worked all over the planet, and lived in Australia for many years. He in no way regrets leaving the warm delights of down under to return to Aberdeen. Honest.

Our intrepid office manager Suzy is clever & organised, ensuring things run smoothly. Cold blooded with a warm heart, Suzy is usually found cuddled up next to an office radiator.

Scott is our Business Development Manager. When he's not travelling the world to see our lovely customers and making new friends to spread the good word on Resolute he can be found working hard as a marshall on the motorsport circuit, where you can often spy him helping F1 drivers in their time of need.

Mat is our very clever R&D Engineer. He's won awards for his work developing our dynamic cement product. He's always busy and working hard; if you're lucky you may catch a glimpse of his flowing locks as he speeds past you en-route to Resolute HQ on his unicycle.
